The City Playhouse is a 386 seat proscenium theatre, which

opened in September 1996.

The City Playhouse is located on the north-west corner of Bathurst Street and New Westminster Drive, one block North of the Promenade Shopping Mall and two blocks south of Highway 7 or the 407 Express Toll Route.
